Yogavitalenergy was founded on a simple yet powerful conviction: that age should never be a barrier to strength, flexibility, and wellbeing. We recognised that mainstream yoga and fitness content often overlooked the unique needs of mature men—those navigating the physical changes of their fifties, sixties, and beyond.
Our editorial mission began by interviewing dozens of men across the United Kingdom who wanted to stay active but felt intimidated by conventional fitness spaces. Many shared stories of stiffness, reduced mobility, and the frustration of generic programmes that didn't address their specific concerns. That feedback became our blueprint.
